Our Role

Xmirus provided high-level cost estimate advice for the redevelopment options at the site located adjacent to the Hurstville Station Precinct.

The estimate included 5 redevelopment options including considerations of a very high-level over‐rail development (ORD) either side of the station.

Project Aim

The Client aims to put properties to better use, in the best interests of local communities and taxpayers. This project looked at options for future developments to the site and surrounding area.

The Client explores opportunities to transform underused transport land into vibrant urban places, attracting new services and businesses where people live, work and travel.
