Bob Richardson was the Independent Verifier responsible for Practical Completion certification and Director in charge for the design competition comparative assessment, cost planning and quantity surveying services for the pre and post contract phases.
The project comprises adaptive reuse of the existing 27 level Sydney Water Board office tower converting the building to a 67 level circa 500-unit residential development with an exoskeleton structural solution to support the additional 40 levels.
The building also includes a private club level with pool and a creative hub and small retail tenancies.
