Xmirus was appointed to provide Quantity Surveying Services in relation to an Unsolicited Proposal (USP) for the heritage listed building.
Xmirus provided comparative cost and procurement advice on the USP for the refurbishment of adjacent heritage buildings on a stand-alone basis and as an amalgamated project.
The USP proposal was to develop the site into a mixed use 5/6-star hotel and residential Tower.
